I red all the other reviews on this corset before I purchased and so had high hopes as I made my purchase... and I was NOT disappointed! The corset is sturdy and comfortable if a tad bit long for my body. (It rides very high into my arm pit and looks best standing up... as I sit down, which can be done it provides a bit more "lift" than ones hopes for or expects!)
The sizing was exactly as the manufacturer denoted. The modesty panel in the back is ample as was the lacing! I have MILES of extra lace!
As another customer noted the detachable tabs for stockings are a bit wimpy but then I never intended to use them anyways so no matter.
All in all... for the price I was supremely satisfied!

We both love this item the only thing is if you have a short torsoe the piece that goes around your neck might not adjust small enough. An easy fix is to punch some holes evenly spaced beyond the other ones should only need one or two. The quality is amazing along with the detail. Wife says it is very comfortable and could be worn for many hours it does not pinch at all. Follow the sizing guide exactly! Do not think there is any room to wiggle again this is so important I will repeat make sure you purchase your actual size. Infact if you have not measured your waist in a while make sure you do before you order. This is one of the best items we have ordered on-line, most people should be impressed with the quality compared to the price.

I am very happy with my Shaper Corset purchases, fast shipping and reasonable prices. This is a good tightlacing corset, from hook and eye, back lacing and steel boning you can really take down a few inches and look great doing it.
I've got one quibble and that is with the quality of the detachable garters, they use a plastic clip to attach/detach from the corset and the plastic clips are pretty flimsy, they can flex and come loose from the corset if you sit or bend and if you don't spend some time filing down the flashing they have a sharp edge inside that will cut the corset loops they attach by.
The corset itself is awesome, very sexy, very restrictive if you are into that and at a reasonable price.

I own a lot of corsets and this rates up there with 4 to 5 hundred dollar corsets. It looks better in person and is of great quality. Don't be afraid to by a size smaller if you really want to cinch everything up,this corset can take it. All to often corsets at this price are appearance only and not really functional. What I mean is others may look cute but if you try to pull them real tight something breaks ,you can put your back into cinching this baby up and that's the whole idea behind a corset. Don't pass this one up,this is by far the best corset at this price

The corset is awesome, i probably shouldve gotten it a size bigger cuz i had trouble getting it to close but im hoping that as i wear it more, it will get easier. the material is great.
